Hotel Booking Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By booking a hotel through Bezaleel Continental Trading Ltd., you agree to these Hotel Booking Terms of Service, which govern the rights and responsibilities of both parties (Bezaleel and you, the client).
2. Scope of Service
Bezaleel acts as a booking agent between you and hotel providers. We facilitate hotel reservations through our partners and platforms, offering local and international hotel options based on your preferences and availability.
3. Booking Confirmation

A booking is confirmed only after:

Payment is received (in full or as required).

Availability is confirmed by the hotel.

A confirmation email is sent to the client by Bezaleel.

The booking confirmation includes the hotel name, check-in/check-out dates, room type, and any applicable extras.
4. Pricing and Payment

All hotel rates are quoted in Naira (₦) or USD unless otherwise stated.

Prices may vary based on exchange rates, hotel policies, or seasonal demand.

Payment must be made via bank transfer, card, OPay, PayPal, or Flutterwave.

Full payment may be required before confirmation for certain bookings.

Additional charges (e.g. minibar, late check-out) are the client’s responsibility at the hotel.
5. Changes and Cancellations
a. By the Client:

Requests for changes (dates, guest names, room types) must be made at least 7 days before check-in.

Cancellation fees may apply depending on the hotel’s policy.

Some bookings may be non-refundable or partially refundable.
b. By the Hotel or Partner:

If a hotel becomes unavailable after booking, Bezaleel will:

Notify you as soon as possible.

Offer an equivalent alternative or a full refund.

6. Check-in Requirements

Clients must present:

A valid government-issued ID/passport.

A copy of the booking confirmation (digital or printed).

Hotels may request a security deposit upon check-in, which is refundable upon check-out.
7. Responsibility and Liability

Bezaleel is not responsible for:

Hotel service quality, amenities, or guest behavior.

Losses, theft, or damages occurring during the stay.

Delays or failures caused by force majeure events (e.g. weather, strikes, pandemics).

Our obligation is limited to securing the booking as agreed and supporting communication with the hotel when needed.
8. Refunds

Refunds are issued in accordance with our Refund Policy, considering hotel-specific terms.

Processing time for approved refunds is 7–21 business days.
9. No Show & Early Departure

If a client fails to check in on the scheduled date (“No-show”), the booking may be canceled without refund.

Early departures are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the booking conditions.
10. Client Responsibility
You are responsible for:

Providing accurate personal and booking information.

Complying with the hotel’s rules and policies.

Covering any damages or violations during your stay.

Flight Booking Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By booking a flight through Bezaleel Continental Trading Ltd., you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service for flight bookings, in addition to any applicable airline terms and conditions.
2. Scope of Service
Bezaleel serves as a booking intermediary between the client and the airline. We facilitate local and international flight reservations using approved travel platforms and airline partnerships.
3. Booking Process

All flight bookings require:

Complete passenger information (as shown on the passport).

Valid travel documents at the time of booking.

Payment in full or as agreed.

Confirmation from the airline.

Once booked, you will receive an e-ticket with your flight details via email or WhatsApp.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

b. Client-Initiated Changes:

All cancellations or changes (e.g. date, time, name) must be made in writing and may be subject to:

Not all tickets are refundable or changeable (especially promotional fares).
6. Travel Documents & Requirements

Clients are responsible for:

Having a valid passport (with minimum 6-month validity).

Securing any necessary visas or transit permits.

Complying with the entry, exit, and transit rules of all countries in the itinerary.

Bezaleel provides visa advisory, but we do not guarantee entry into any country.
7. Check-In and Boarding

Check-in times are determined by the airline, usually 2–3 hours before departure.

Failure to arrive on time may result in ticket forfeiture without refund.

No-shows are treated as used tickets and are non-refundable.
8. Flight Insurance and Baggage

Optional travel insurance is recommended and available upon request.

Baggage allowance is determined by the airline and will be stated in your booking confirmation.

Extra luggage fees are paid directly to the airline at check-in.
9. Limitations of Liability

By engaging Bezaleel for visa assistance services, you agree to the terms outlined below. These terms define our role as an intermediary between you and consular/embassy authorities.
2. Scope of Service
Bezaleel provides visa application support and advisory for tourist, business, student, freelance, employment, and family visas for destinations including (but not limited to) the USA, UK, Schengen countries, UAE, Canada, and Australia.
Our services may include:

We do not guarantee visa approval, as this lies solely with the issuing consulate/embassy.
3. Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for:

Being available for biometrics, interviews, or embassy requests.
Any fraudulent or incorrect submission may result in visa denial, which is entirely your liability.
4. Fees and Refund Policy

Refunds are only considered if no processing work has commenced, and are subject to a processing fee.

By default, Bezaleel retains the right to use images and footage from your event for promotional purposes unless you request otherwise in writing.
