Q2: Do you help with visa applications?
A: Yes, we assist with visa applications for tourist, business, student, freelance, and family visas. We support applications for the USA, UK, Schengen countries, UAE, Canada, and more.

Q3: Can I book a flight and hotel together?
A: Absolutely. We offer bundled packages that include flights, hotels, and even local tours — saving you time and money.

Q4: What happens if my visa is denied?
A: Visa fees paid to embassies are non-refundable. However, our service fee is only charged once the application process starts. If no processing has occurred yet, partial refunds may be available.


💍 Events & Decorations

Q5: What kinds of events do you manage?
A: We manage weddings, birthdays, corporate events, cultural festivals, surprise engagements, and more. We also offer full decoration and media coverage services.

Q6: Can I get a custom decoration theme?
A: Yes! Every event is tailored to your vision. We work with you to develop the perfect design and aesthetic that matches your theme, culture, or brand.

Q7: How early should I book event services?
A: Ideally, at least 4–6 weeks in advance. For large-scale events or destination events, even earlier is recommended to ensure proper planning.

Q8: Do you provide event staff and equipment?
A: Yes. We provide ushers, bouncers, tents, catering teams, entertainers, and even the venue if needed.

A: We accept bank transfers, debit/credit cards, and digital payments via OPay, PayPal, and Flutterwave.

Q10: What is your refund policy?
